*Job Description:*
• This is primarily a backend Java developer role
• Create new functionality by writing code, unit test, integration test,
debug and adhere to best practices and standards
• Creates and assists in development of software technical documentation
• Conduct necessary testing before implementation.
• Participate in , scrum, design discussions and solving complex business
problems
• Take ownership and work with little supervision

Education:
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
*Required Experience/Skills:*
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Java Developer
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions and advanced
technologies
• Hands on experience as a Java developer and with XML, JSON, Oracle, SQL,
Spring , Hibernate, tomcat
• Must have work experience with n-tier architecture, communication
protocols, server side programming and JMS
• Experience working with SOAP and REST services
*Preferred Experience/Skills*
• Experience in Airlines industry and understanding of airline operations
• Experience with reporting technologies like JasperReport, tableau, etc.
• Familiar with iterative development in an Agile environment and tools
like VersionOne or Rally
• Experience as a front end developer
• Experience with one or more of JS framework - Ext JS (strongly
preferred), jQuery, Prototype, YUI or other similar frameworks
• Experience working with multi cultural virtual teams across time zone
• Experience with automated testing
