Candidate will complement the development team for a variety of components
comprising of the Content Routing solution that supports multiple
projects/services. The candidate must be a strong developer who can be
responsible for the software architecture, design and development of future
enhancements. Work with customers, account team, product management,
developers, infrastructure engineers, and other service planners/designers
to assess new feature/service requests. Identify specific new features,
capabilities, and services. Where required, develop feature/service
descriptions and architectures, and identify service requirements.
Candidate must have a thorough technical knowledge/experience in DNS
Protocols/RFCs, BGP, OSPF as well as a solid understanding of internet
topology. Candidate must be knowledgeable in C, Java and Perl. Candidate
must also have a solid networking foundation as Content Routing/Route
Monitoring processing is tightly integrated with the network topology.
Candidate must have experience on other real-time services (i.e: VOIP or
other network services). In addition, knowledge of IPv6 would be highly
desirable. Candidate must be able to contribute during all phases of the
projects.
