*Job Title: Business Systems Analyst W / Adobe CQ5 experience Mandatory
Location: San Diego,CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Required Skills:
Act as a customer-facing Business Systems Analyst for corporate
applications, specifically Web applications and CRM, but including other
applications/systems as needed.
Communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information
needs and functional requirements using interviews, documentation analysis,
requirements workshops, business process descriptions, and use case
scenarios.
Design and manage high-impact, high-exposure corporate applications.
Deliver the following project documents as needed: Functional Requirements
(Business Requirements Document) with sufficient detail to facilitate
design, Use Cases, and GUI (Screen and Interface designs).
Present detailed design and facilitate walk-through with business users and
development team.
Work with the development team to ensure design specifications are clearly
understood.
Perform detailed system integration testing and assist business users in
UAT process.
Define/document testing strategy, approach, test plans and test cases for
System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Help end users
during UAT in understanding the functionalities of the application. Assist
users in getting access to required tools used during UAT and validate any
defects found.
Participate with project stakeholders to manage requirements change
requests throughout each project.
Respectfully challenge requirements additions that lead to scope creep.
Prioritize and manage added requirements that pass through the change
management process and are approved.
Participate in the tracking and management of open issues and assist in
planning for resolution.
Prepare training documentation in clear and well-organized manner. Work
with the business to recommend appropriate training, communication and
scheduling.
Participate in production readiness review and go live activities.
Responsible for integrating existing and/or newly acquired applications as
needed.
Directly support end-users to encourage effective use of corporate
applications.
Develop RFIs and RFPs as required in seeking third party solutions and/or
engaging third party IT services.

*Qualifications*
**
*5+ years of Business Systems Analysis, Project Management and/or related
experience
Familiarity with and expertise in the areas of Content Management Systems,
such as Drupal, SDL Tridion, Adobe CQ5, OpenText, etc., and Web
applications best practices
Familiarity with and expertise in the areas of Customer Relationship
Management applications, specifically Salesforce.com
Strong analytical skills and business process analysis skills required,
including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business
needs and translate them into requirements for developing IT applications
and systems
Ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously and successfully working
multiple projects.
Ability to apply or work with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or
Kanban. *

credentials
Advance Salesforce.com reporting skills are highly preferred
Experience with MSSQL, Oracle, and MySQL*
