*Long Term* Portal, Collaboration and Digital Services (PCDS) team is responsible for delivering tools and capability which enable Client’s associates, business partners, customers and consumers to collaborate and communicate on a global basis. Examples of these tools include, but are not limited to, MyPepsiCo.com <http://mypepsico.com/>, PepsiCo.com <http://pepsico.com/>, PEPnet, PEPsend, Office 365 collab, Forms Experience Builder, and Enterprise Search. This role is a collaboration subject matter expert supporting the Collab product owners in evaluating our collaboration toolset against customers’ needs and ensuring that tools are implemented effectively at PepsiCo: *Responsibilities include:* · Test & deliver releases for PCDS applications, including FEB, Kudos, Connections, and Office 365 collab and evaluate release items for compliance with enterprise standards and end user experience needs · Identify and track collaboration platform improvements through vendor upgrades, integrations, and third party app identification · Organize and facilitate pilots for new capabilities · Work with Change Management, End User Experience, EA, ISG, and Technical leads to validate and uphold enterprise standards for collaboration capabilities across teams · Identify training and help needs for collaboration capabilities and partner with end user experience team to identify and develop resources. · Complete capability administrative tasks and settings and provide metrics on a regular basis · Participate in regular meetings with PCDS Client Engagement and Collab League to learn about ongoing projects and trends, identify solutions, and share capability news · Serve as a SME for Collab capabilities and provide continued second level support. · Ensure Baseline Team is prepared to support collaboration programs through training and 2nd level support -- -- *************************************************************************************** For all SAP related tutorials,Articles,Faqs,Tips www.sapbrainsonline.com **************************************************************************************** You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sapbrains" group.
