RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTED DELIVERABLES: * Oracle JDE support in a production environment, providing break/fix, enhancements, upgrade and business value creation services * Gather customer requirements and assist with the creation of product/service requirements. * Define the functional solution and work with the offshore team to support the modules within Oracle JDE. * Participate in, organize and lead functional/technical meetings with clients and internal leadership. * Secure client approval and signoff on deliverables. * Make recommendations for process and technology enhancements to more efficiently meet the needs of the business. * Work with client, AMS team, operations, and product vendor to optimize customer solutions. * Work with external vendors and technology to deliver complex integration solutions for customers. * Articulate, good presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results.
