This position will develop a mobile-friendly version of the DMV
website. Highly qualified candidates will have the ability to deliver
a mobile version of the existing Internet content that will reach
audiences with varying devices including mobile and smart phones.
Qualified candidates will possess programming skills, such as skill in
the use of HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and image
editing software. Extensive knowledge of web-browser platforms;
knowledge of optimizing content for mobile devices; experience with
testing mobile websites on multiple devices. Exceptional written and
verbal communication skills; the ability to consult and interact with
a diverse client base; the ability to present technical information to
end-users; the ability to workindependently and as part of a team; and
organizational and task management skills.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years in Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies
apply to web design
• 4+years of experience in HTML / XML / XSLT / CSS
• 4+years of experience in Wireless – Mobile
• 4+years of experience in creating concise, cross-browser compliant
cascading stylesheets (CSS)
• 5+years of experience in Java Script and HTML
• 5+years of experience in Ability to perform testing of applications,
facilitate testing by others, document results
