MonthsResponsibilities: *
• Leading the installation, integration and deployment of the Sailpoint
Identity/Access management product in customer environments.
• Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the
implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the
situation.
• Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging,
support and maintenance.
• Change control management..
• Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation.
Skills:
• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience as part of an identity
(Sailpoint) project management. This should include 7 years of enterprise
project management experience.
• Extensive experience with Project Management duties (project planning,
resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and extensive
experience working with clients and partners.
• Requirements gathering and analysis.
• Business process definition and development.
• Project planning, including use of Microsoft Project and other project
planning approaches.
• Managing client expectations and project team deliverables.
• Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and
implementation plans.
• Project risk management.
• Ability to speak both Business and IT.
• Solid understanding of the enterprise infrastructure software deployment
life cycle. ( especially in Sailpoint and identity management)
• Responsible for all project deliverables, including operational
readiness.
• Creates and maintain project plans to meet changing needs and
requirements.
• Estimates the level of effort for the project implementation; helps other
team members through the estimation process as needed.
• Leads the effort of identifying the required resources and assignment of
individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope,
including execution of technical tasks.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team for each milestone.
• Identifies project risks and works on minimizing them.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored
appropriately.
• Ensures code reviews, testing including automation, and enforce SDLC
standards.
• Works with infrastructure teams to plan and develop proper environments
for all stages of the lifecycle of the project including post-launch
operations.
• Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (windows,Sun,
Oracle, IBM )a plus.
• Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) a plus.
• Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent degree.
• PMP certification is a plus
• Preferred to have Experience with other IAM Product suits like Oracle,
CA, Sun Identity Manager
