*Title:*           Oracle Apps Techno-Functional consultant
*Location:*      Green Bay, WI
*Duration:*     6+ months (Can be extended)

This position is responsible for all requirements, design, development and
configuration of Oracle Costing in R12. The position requires reviewing
current in house costing processes and consolidates into R12 to reduce the
time to close the books and to consolidate the costing process.

*Duties and responsibilities:*

·         Recommends Costing business process improvements to business
units and senior management.

·         Gathers and evaluates new business requirements including
reporting requirements.

·         Defines data conversion requirements and performs data conversion
mapping.

·         Participates in planning enhancements by researching
functionality and determining impact.

·         Assists project managers in preparing project plans and provides
periodic project status updates.

·         Liaises between functional department business partners, IT staff
and application vendors.

·         Develops costing Process Models and develops High-Level Process
Designs.

·         Mentors and cross-trains other team members and the financial
systems end-user community.

·         Assists business partners in creation of User Reference Manuals
and User Operational Guides. **

*Expectations:-*

·         Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or computer science

·         Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation or
Oracle EBS product support.

·         Minimum 2+ years’ of direct experience in Oracle R12 (12.1.3)

·         Experience in Oracle (R12) Implementation with Financial and
Supply chain modules such as AP, AR, GL, PO, CE, INV, OM, OPM, BOM, WIP,
WMS, FA, AOL, QOT, and Advanced Pricing.

·         Thorough understanding of multi-organization and multi-currency
functionality and their application in complex business organizations.

·         Proficient in creating and maintaining business process and data
flow designs.

·         Worked extensively on costing processes and consulting.

·         Ability to translate technical terms to layperson's language and
present to audiences outside of IT.

·         Ability to document technical processes and procedures.

·         Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
like Oracle AIM’s or Agile.

·         Strong knowledge and proficiency in Software Change Management
practices

·         Good knowledge of the Oracle R12 data models and skill with SQL
queries.

·         Excellent communication skills
