• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in gathering requirements for reports,
forms and correspondence in large enterprise application environment.
• Ability to plan and facilitate effective meetings with clients.
• Ability to analyze correspondence and reporting requirements and determine
how they can be realized in more effective, efficient and state-of-the art
technology environments.
• Ability to translate correspondence and reporting requirements into
detailed specification documents.
• Ability to coordinate/support Design and development effort on reports,
forms and correspondence.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Experience in generating As-Is and To-Be process maps
• Technology: Experience with Web-sphere Business Modeler
