Job Title : liferay consultant ( Java)
Location: Chicago, IL and one position is in CA
Duration: 6 months
Liferay Portal
At least 6-8 years of Java, J2EE experience developing using Spring MVC/
Struts, Hibernate
At least 1-2 years of experience working with Tomcat and JBoss Application
Server
At least 1-2 years of experience with front-end scripting languages like
JSP, JSF, Java Script, JQuery, YUI, etc.
At least 1-2 years of experience with XML, XSL, FO or other templating
languages
At least 1-2 years working with a Portal Server and portlet development
preferably with JBoss Portal or Liferay
At least some exposure to Application Integration using service oriented
architecture (SOA), REST, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
Strong fundamentals in object oriented programming and design patterns
Technical leadership or design or enterprise architecture experience would
be an advantage
Working knowledge of databases – MySQL, Oracle and MS SQL Server
