Pls suggest if you have any candidates.
Location – Richmond.
a. Knowledge on elements monitoring agentless solution.
b. Integration experience with other event management tools using SNMP
& API’s.
c. Basic understanding on SSH, SNMP & WMI protocols.
d. Basic Networking knowledge (IP & VLAN understanding).
e. MOM integration with ITSM tools like Service Now and other ITSM
tools.
f. Knowledge of basic Windows & Unix administration.
g. Scripting knowledge, especially python.
h. Good to have ITSM knowledge (ITIL certified is a plus).
i. Exposure to other ESM tools like IBM Tivoli , BMC Patrol a plus
