Qualifications:
The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the following
requirement:-
R12 on HRMS compensation and befits.payroll is secondary
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree with major in Information Systems, Computer Science or
related field required.
4+ years' experience working with HR systems required, including systems
that support compensation, benefits, talent acquisition (recruiting,
applicant tracking), talent management (e.g., performance management,
succession planning), learning management, payroll, time & attendance,
applications, and interfaces.
Experience working with Oracle & PeopleFluent is strongly preferred
Experience with SQL highly preferred
Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Cognos,
OBIEE, Crystal Reports etc.) preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel,
Access, and PowerPoint).
Robust understanding of all aspects of HR data and business processes.
Experience with OrgPublisher or any other Org charting tool (a plus).
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a dynamic global constantly changing environment,
supporting HRIS covering employees in multiple diverse countries.
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously, and be
exceptionally detail oriented and organized.
Personable, quick learner, patient, comfortable with ambiguity and a
willingness to take initiative.
Good judgment, a high degree of professionalism, and capable of keeping
employee information confidential.
Ability to understand the business and present data in a meaningful and
intuitive form.
Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, organization and follow-up as well
as delivering on commitments and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive approach.
Absolute commitment to confidentiality, and passion for data integrity and
accuracy in all matters.
Clear, concise, professional and effective communications - verbal,
written, presentation, facilitation - skills. Must be able to communicate
technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
