Key skills required for this position.
Object Oriented Programming
Java Programming Language
Experience in Android Programming (does not need to be experience at
State Farm)
Eclipse development IDE and Android Development Tools
Understanding of RESTful web services, JSON/XML data structures is a plus
Additional Skills:
Demonstrate world-class programming skills
Passion for infrastructure development and its implications to User
Interfaces
Demonstrate commitment to code quality
Willingness to pair program to learn from their talented, experienced
colleagues
Experience with Open Source products (Jackson, Jersey, Spring)
Experience with LTS Next (Maven, Trac, SVN, Jenkins)
Ability to speak and write about their work and accomplishments
Willing to explore and learn new mobile platforms, frameworks, concepts, etc
