Hi Josef - I'm one of Hugh's colleagues. It's ok to put a general note in the
README covering images. It's ideal to give file names, or at least directory
names, for clarity, but it's also fine (even good) to give a catch-all
fallback.

Thank you for your work :) It is actually the third time I try it with Ginger
and I hoped that everything is fixed now^^ But yes, you are probably right,
there are image files which don't have any explicit license information.
