so, why do we have such a big buffer length? it holds about 5 minutes of
data, some tracks, metadata, etc...? in harbor input i set 2-10 second
buffer, so why not just use this value strictly? another question: is it
possible to update all harbor buffers independently of what source is on
air? if we can do this - we will always have a fresh data in buffers, and in
case one harbor goes down we will simply swith to this buffered data.

conserning transitions - there's another issue with liquidsoap streaming
blank after some hours uptime. it occurs from time to time, so i decided not
to use this feature.

p.s. harbor issue is already commited into trac system as a bug.
