I use metadata, but i do not want to add my streams to the icecast
stream dir in certain cases
So i disabled yp dir at my source client.
But now i transcode my flac stream to different formats and mount them
on icecast again and they seem to appear in yp dir of icecast. Am i able

I would like to send OSC messages to a liquidsoap (v1.0.1) server and have it
perform specific functions (to a harbor stream) per incoming OSC tags(paths).
How would I setup an OSC tag function trigger?

if one has two outputs, like out = output.icecast() and in the next line
out2 = output.icecast()
somehow track metadata is only seen on first mountpoint from icecast server
admin panel.
that's two different bitrate streams of one source and should carry the same
metadata...
is it the way it

Thanks for your answer. In the meanwhile, i've managed to answer the
first question by myself. I created a variable dumping=ref False and
made the streamdump start function set it to true as soon as a dump is
started.
I"m sure your second answer will allow me to improve my script. I have
