Hi Tim, If you do not want to compile yourself, Ubuntu 14.04 comes with precompiled plugins: sudo apt-get install liquidsoap this will install: liquidsoap liquidsoap-plugin-faad liquidsoap-plugin-flac liquidsoap-plugin-icecast liquidsoap-plugin-lame liquidsoap-plugin-mad liquidsoap-plugin-ogg
