SL 6.0 booting non PAE computer

My computer does not have PAE. I tried the dvd and the LiveCD. A Google search and a SL search provided no relevant information. Is there a way to boot the SL6.0 install dvd without PAE? Thanks, David

I am installing Snort 2.9.0.3 rpm and Barnyard2-1.9.tar.gz on Scientific Linux and I can’t Barnyard2 to startup. I can’t find barnyard2.sysconfig on the system, could that be my problem?
