In /etc/cron yum.cron correspond to the orginal.yum.cron
so some autoupdates are enabled
in yum.excludes are defined the packages which are not updatet
in mine fo
I am using a SL 5.5 and believed to have disabilited the automatic
(if exist) updates of kernel or modules, in fact:
1) I don't have yum-autoupdate (available only on SL 6, i guess)
2) The yum.cron correspond to checkonly.yum.cron
3) In yum.cron.excludexs I have the following row
I will thanks Akemi for the help, I solved the problem reinstalling the
Nvidia drivers. I have also found the cause of the problem, infact seems
that the systems as done an "automatic update" as shown by the yum.log
