The debuginfo for the kernel in testing got mixed in with the last batch
of errata. I've moved the extra debuginfo back to testing.

debuginfo for 6.3 kernel is offered without kernel itself. Maybe it's
just some repo update is lagging, but it could also be some problem with
repository.
# yum update
