Hello,
FWIW with PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network, I am using
ipw3945
(iwlwifi-3945 is installed but disabled with
$ cat /etc/modprobe.d/ipw3945
blacklist iwl3945
)
it is an i386 system.
rpm -qa|grep 3945
ipw3945-1.2.0-2.sl5
kernel-module-ipw3945-2.6.18-128.1.1.el5xen-1.2.0-2.sl5
Hi,
For both of these, which version of Scientific Linux is this?

My iwl4965 driver is OK on the latest (SL5) kernel. haven't had
any trouble. I am running the x86_64 version of the kernel, however.
