Good news. Though I love Lost, I have no interest in a
slowly-unfolding-mystery show like this going on ad infinitum. I felt it should
have ended after three seasons. After that shows like this start feeling
stretched. But I'd settle for the 2007 - 2008 season to be the end. I say let

I haven't seen any of the new BSG shows this season. I missed the last four eps
of season two last year, and was really surprised when Sci Fi Channel didn't
rebroadcast the entire season as they did in times past. (I'm sure they didn't,
as I checked the schedule for all odd hours). Perhaps they

I am always left with a sour taste in my mouth when I see how African
American characters are portrayed on Battlestar. either they are bad
guy stereotypes, underdeveloped, or when they finally get a storyline
worth paying attention to, we get the abbreviated telling, like with

Drinking too much water dilutes the blood plasma in your body, making the level
of salts and other needed minerals drop. All your muscles--especially the
heart--need minerals and salts in order to function. As the

Not a problem. I've listened to every one of Moore's podcasts on most of
seasons one and two of BSG. Like I said, he's spoken highly of some of the
Black actors. He loves Bill Duke, and felt regret his character wasn't better
developed. He thinks the actress playing Dee is gorgeous.

That's a sad statement on the state of things, Keith. I've known about the
dangers of drinking too much water since I learned how to walk.

Tracey, I wondered the same thing when I first heard about him re-imagining
the show. The moments have been few and far between for me, dependent mostly on
how military the ep ran. For me, the actual New Cap rescue ep was the topper,
basically holding me in place hoping for more.

The eps have been erratic at times, script-wise, but I don't think that's the
reason for the move. I smell the stupidity that is SciFi Programming at work
here, trying to build an audiience for The Dresden Files. Can't see the fit,
myself. An urban fantasy as a lead for a hard SF show?
Keith, you've made one mistake.
You presume that they're *thinking*...

i do not think it is cliched. We live is a white world where people of
color, women, gays, etc must adapt to fit or get through life. The
average white guy does not have to do that, so he never has to
constantly see things from other people's perspectives. So I will agree
that that is his
