Wasn't there a new movie coming out?
What would be the worst idea for a tv or movie sequel?
The thing about editing video and film is that things will get cut out
because of the timing or the camera wasn't in the right place when they say
a particular line. In the last 10-15 years, things have been edited for
closed captioning, which not just means that captions at the bottom of the

The one that really caught my eye for some reason was the movie, "The
Negotiator", with Sam Jackson and Kevin Spacey. Jackson plays a police
negotiator (the guy who talks people out of hostage situations and the like),
who's framed for a crime, and resorts to holding several cops hostage as part
Did Frank Herbert write all of the books, or did his heirs or others do some of

yeah, if they're not doing that, they're missing a great opportunity. I'd love
to see an Apache take on a Shaolin monk or a Samurai.

Time travel with Robocop or Ghostbusters?
I too would like to see remakes of both. I think that the original Robocop
was very dark and sarcastic. The following sequels did not grasp it. There
were also the tv show. Anyone remember that?
Ghostbusters would be cool to see with the new CGI stuff. I
Hi Nicole, welcome to the group. Oh how I love this group. I have to agree with
you on the fact on what they have done with Rouge. I was highly upset.
Hopefully, and I say hopefully they will correct it in the next movie.

I may be the only person that feels this way but I would love to see another
Ghostbusters movie and would love to see another Robocop. But I am sure it will
be darker and lets all hope that time travel is not involved.

One of Zulu's strengths was his battle tactics. I read somewhere that his
skill on the battlefield was as good as any contemporary general of his
time. If the Zulus were able to obtain more weapons (They had the guns but
no one would sell them bullets.) they more than likely would have completely

Yea I was going to say the same thing. With big budget movies the trailers
are actually done before they completely finish the movie and the effects.
The best example of this was the Wolverine movie where the trailer was done
months before the release date but the effects weren't finished until aft

Keith, after Dune, there were five sequels; Dune Messiah, Children of Dune, God

I think that many of the1970s scifi books and movies need to be looked at
again. Some of them were very good except the special effects wasn't there
for them. (2001 space oddessy pretty much wrote the book on reality)
