When I first saw this title, what occurred to me is that Bruce the Shark would
work and that would ruin everything. Necessity is the mother of invention and
part of the enduring charm of Spielberg's Jaws is the work arounds he had to do
in order to compensate for the balky mechanical shark.

Rave is right. We got to see something in that movie that was fairly rare at
the time. POV Point of view shots from the shark which added to the
suspense. Nowadays it is very common.
