Maybe it's just me. But Will "crowd pleaser" Smith getting elevated above the likes of Avery Brooks and Duanne McDuffie just rubs me the wrong way. yeah, yeah, i know: he saved the world in that silly "ID4" pic, and is the most popular actor in America today. Still, just rubs me the wrong way...

I have to agree with everyone else, there is something wrong with this list. Richard Roundtree wouldn't be on this list. I think the problem is that the people who come up with these lists are not knowledgeable enough (or old enough) to write the lists. I would put Levar Burton in his place. Swap
