My name is Daniel Duckworth, and I am the person responsible for this pull
request. To give you a quick idea of my background, I'm going to be a
first year PhD student at University of Massachusetts, Amherst this fall,

For posterity, this the written consent for the "load_kalman_data" dataset
that will (hopefully) be integrated in the sklearn soon.

ignored?
On a secondary note, I was wondering if there was any simple, quick way to
check if an array's contents can be converted to float.
