Before being able to update with conda, you will need for the Anaconda
maintainer to build the new package. They do it quite quickly usually.

I'm happy to announce that Olivier and me just uploaded the 0.16.1
bugfix release.
It fixes a bug in Isotonic Regression that made the new calibration
unstable.
It also fixes some minor regressions, such as prediction speed of random
forests,
and makes the cross_decomposition module mor
