Here are some information about the sprint and Paris in general, in 4
points:

*1. Traveling in Paris: tickets and costs*
The easiest way to go from one point to another is to take the
*subway*(metro or RER). A ticket costs 1.70€ (for inside paris only -
works with
buses, the subway and the tramway), but you can buy them per book of 10
tickets for 13.30€. I don't expect we will travel much during the first 5
days of the sprint, but we might travel more during the week-end. Unless
you really plan on traveling a lot, do not buy a 5day pass. They are not
worth it.
If you are coming from the *airports* Charles de Gaulles (Roissy) or Orly,
you will need to purchase a return ticket from the airport to inside Paris.
You will have to take the RER B, and all trains stop to all stops inside
Paris.
*2. Direction to the venue*
As Alex mentionned in a previous email, the adresse to the venue is:

- *Métro* : line 6 (Corvisart)
- *RER* : line B (Denfert-Rochereau) then métro line 6 (direction Nation)

*3. Ethernet cables*
We will have the wifi, but there will also be ethernet plugs, so bring your
ethernet cable !

One last thing, people in Paris don't always (want to) speak english, and
may appear quite grumpy, but as far as I know (1) if you ask enough
person, you'll end up finding someone who'll speak english (2) people are
in fact much nicer than what they appear to be :)
