I have been looking for a library like this for a long time. This addition
strengthens the PyData ecosystem even further. I can't wait to test
it. Congrats Andreas and thanks for all the hard work

It contains structured support vector machines, structured perceptrons
and models for multi-label prediction, graph labeling and sequence
prediction.
