[scite] Middle-click bug?

It seems to me that when the functionality to close a tab by middle-clicking was added it included a bug. Whenever I middle click it closes whatever tab is currently open as opposed to closing the tab that I click on. Also, I just tried middle-clicking to grab and scroll the document but it close

I recently discovered Scintilla in the search for a nice C/C++-based text widget, and have found myself going from using SciTE as a build test to using it as a complete replacement for UltraEdit in all my editing needs. This truly is the best open-source text editor in the market, and I love

Need to know how to set environment on startup so line numbers will be visible, tabs set to 3, etc. My installation is on WinXP SP2 at c:\Program Files\SciTE\wscite. I read the help file about SciTEUser.properties and built a file of this name in the wscite directory as follows:   # SciTEUse

Looks like I asked the wrong question. I saw the reference in the help file that said I had to set the location of the SciTEUser.Properties file if it was not to be in the home directory, but could find no reference on how to set environment variables. How do I set the USERPROFILE environment var
