Pardon me if someone has already answered this question, as I only get the
daily digest, but in response to:
"3) I tend to use SciTE with check.if.already.open=1, but sometimes open
other instances by running SciTE -check.if.already.open=0. The
documentation says if check.if.already.open=1 then
be open.
