When trying to do a rectangular highlight in SciTE (e.g.
alt-leftbtn-drag) across a bunch of different line lengths
the highlight will only extend to the length of the line
that the caret is currently on, so I can't effectively
do a proper rectangular highlight.
I seem to remember that there is an
