You're right. Something is broken in the build/release procedure; it
never built the HTML versions of the man pages. I'll need to look

Im an avid Stack Overflow user and think it would be a good idea to
announce the new SCons version there.
This can be done easily by creating a question, and selecting the "Answer
your own question" option. I was considering just using the info from
Gary's email and adding a few links.
