Eric, Try pip install SCons==4.0 Does that make a difference? Packaging has been completely rewritten for 4.0.0 so I'm not surprised there's an issue or two in the field. (the previous code was written before there was a pip... ;) and then duct-taped and bailing wired.. so it needed a rewrite) A
