also try to build inside scratchbox.
it success to build crosstool and sb-toolchain-extras. but finally when i
setup new target with sb-menu.

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately it did not work.
I think there is something wrong with the gentoo packages. I have tried the
same procedure on Ubuntu. Everything went smooth until I got this message:
Shell restarting...
SBOX_DPKG_INST_ARCH not set.
