I think installing scratchbox-devkit-debian package and selecting the devkit
when configuring the target should solve this.

U can install
scratchbox-devkit-cputransp-1.0.5.
and then from ur scratchbox envmnt sb-menu in the devkit feature selet CPU
transparency.
This will work probably .
