are there any audio courses on scripting?

Hi chip and all, I just joined this list today. I have never done any type of scripting before, and I am also a new window eyes user as well. I have gotten a part time job, and am thinking of using window eyes at work. I am going to be working as a telefunder, so will be in a call center type
