I recommend finding a backup gig. It falls in the realm of security
for many things, and knowing how to sift through a tape is useful
stuff in forensics. Being the "backup guy" often leaves you plenty
of time to study as well, although the hours can sometimes suck.

I know that certifications will be necessary, but some
Terrorist organization have demonstrated in the past that they do not
use the same methodology twice. A suicide bomber followed by a car bomb
followed by an aircraft followed by...?
There is a critical information infrastructure (CII). We know that and
the President has acknowledged it.
