I do what I can, somewhat limited by my work situation, so mostly I
can file really detailed bug reports, alas.
- junit.jar in build.xml is set to point to a file in one of the dev
team's home directory.
- On line 53 of ModuleTests, this C14N test suite appears to be
missing from the distribution.
