I think it is nice to have other release for 1.4.x as bugfixing. My plan is to define a schedule to deprecate the old java interface and let use just the JSR105. We don't have the resources for keeping both apis and the JSR 105 it is much nicer to work with. But let see how we can involve people a

I first sent an e-mail to Juan Carlos Cruellas to ask him, but I didn't receive an answer yet. I also posted this question on Sun's forums, hoping that someone who had used the Java API to implement XadES would share their take on this matter, but to no avail yet. They told me to try on a forum
