Hi Rod,
if you can see the seisan folders and access files, it is probably a
matter of setting the environmental variables as PATH, SEISAN_TOP,
DEF_BASE, SEISAN_EDITOR - this is done under the advanced system
settings, see environmental variables at the bottom.

I installed seisan in Windows 10 and it worked.
I then decided that I didn’t like being a Microsoft account user, so moved to a
local account.
SEISAN doesn’t work under the new account.
Is there a simple fix to this, or do I have to re-install?
