[seisan] corrupt event seen in EEV

When I use EEV, I have an event that seems to have been corrupted. It is in the wrong place date-wise, and has no I line. I just want to delete it, but the D command won’t let me. It says “Event not present in S-file data base” and gives a file name for a different event. How can I delete the e
