that's not an issue, the issue is that RDF export on David's box has
- http://localhost/tmp/smw/index.php?title=Special:URIResolver/Main_Page
as object URI and not

For what it's worth, that page actually does define ".localhost" to be the
correct value - it's in the tag, right at the top of the HTML source.
