The standard Flex DataGrid component, I think no. Advanced DataGrid: I
don't know (yet).
Grouping is possible if that is what you want.
It is always possible to use/make a custom component with spreadsheet
functionality.

this example is a first step to some kind of a RIA mediawiki. For me
it is a proof of concept but still a lot of questions to be
answered ;-).
It is not this standard flex datagrid style but more the functionality
wich is possible when using flex/actionscript.
