For recent versions of MW the SMWOutputs class just adds stuff to the
relevant OutputPage or ParserOutput using addModules. There should thus not
be any difference cache wise then if you would use addModules directly.

a short question. Is SMWOutputs::requireScript cache sensitive?
Is it possible to load scripts with SMWOutputs regardless of the cache?.
In my scenario the user decides wether to load scripts via resourceLoader or
not via user preferences.
