Hi Eric,

So disabling the CONDSTORE definitely resolved my issue with the IPAD (this is 
without COMPRESS).  After disabling CONDSTORE I tried COMPRESS again and the 
same issue with Mail app breaking out kept happening so these are separate 
issues.

Would you like me to add separate ticket for the CONSTORE issue with the 
wireshark streams there?

Going back to our version of the mailbox implementation with CONDSTORE off 
things are much improved.  Oddly though with our mailbox implementation Mail 
app does still randomly break out.  Not all the time, but here and there.  It 
makes me wonder if there is something else triggering this.
