In the coming hours, I will finalize the release process, namely:

This release brings the following significant changes:
- Upgrade TCP protocols to Netty 4
- Migrate IMAP protocol as reactive
- Multiple additional IMAP extensions are implemented
- Upgrade to Cassandra driver 4
- Migrate to OpenSearch for license purposes
- Review our threading model to cap threads performing blocking tasks
- Implement official JMAP quotas specification
Voting rules:
- This is a majority approval: this release may not be vetoed.
- A quorum of 3 binding votes is required
- The vote starts at Friday 19th of June 2023, 9am30 UTC+7
- The vote ends at Friday 26th of June 2023, 9am30 UTC+7
