addRegexMapping("*", "test", "prefix_.*:admin@test") does not work correctly on
certain backend.
This is due to a bad handle of recursion on AbstractRecipientRewriteTable, if
it get a empty Mappings instead of null it does not work and some backend
return null some a empty mappings
