Summary: make sure indexing index at least email body when

Before indexing emails, james transform complex contents (attachments) into
some text representation to be to index them.
For that purpose, it uses tika that, given is very broad scope, has a high fail
rate.
We should ensure mail body is indexed when attachment conversion fail.
