I don't use this mailet often but maybe the Resend mailet can do what the
reporter asked.
Resend is much more flexible than Redir

You are right, in cvs it is as you say, but the comments refer to message *body*.
That's why I made it differently.
We have now to decide what to do. I would leave it as it is now, as it can be a correct interpretation (inline=body), and as any behaviour
is obtainable through the parameters, but

As far as the original intention of Redirect is concerned "inline
unaltered" I think I meant that it should not alter the message in any way,
headers included not just

The "bug" is in the management of unaltered: in this case in 2.1.3
the To: header was left unchanged (even if was specified), instead now (if
is missing
